Give Back & Look Fab: Fashion Fights Cancer Event
Fashion Fights Cancer is a non-profit organization that promotes designers while raising money for cancer research. Have you ever made an extra effort and found an enjoyment out of it? Guests of Fashion Fights Cancer did not only benefit their closets while shopping the designer’s collections , but also made an impact on people’s lives by attending the agenda Thursday, August 19, 2010 at the Audi Forum on New York’s Park Avenue. The bar was open for drinks all hours from 6:30-11:30pm and until 8pm the guests were offered appetizers and deserts. Models walked in the designers pieces as promotion and chatted a bit. Mr. Ty Canty who is the President of Fashion Fights Cancer spoke of the news he received of having cancer, although it was corrected, the emotion of being afraid to live and die of cancer changed his life. A wonderful place to give back and look absolutely fabulous. If you missed this heart-felt event please take a look of the amazing attendees.
